As the atmospheric pressure decreases, the temperature at which water boils decreases too. An increase in pressure leads to an increase in boiling point while a decrease in pressure leads to a decrease in boiling point.
If one is dilute, there is more water than substance dissolved in it. If it is concentrated, it has dissolved the maximum amount of the solvent dissolved in it.
