Palmitic acid: CH₃(CH₂)₁₄COOH
Glycerol: C₃H₈O₃

Reaction equation:

3CH₃(CH₂)₁₄COOH + C₃H₈O₃ → 3H₂O + C₅₁H₉₈O₆
