Consider the reaction hc2h3o2(aq) h2o(l) → h3o (aq) c2h3o2–(aq). Which species is the conjugate acid?a. C2h3o2-(aq)b. H2o(l)c. H
saul85 [17]

The species that is the conjugate acid is HC₂H₃O₂(aq). The correct option is d.

What are conjugate acid?

Conjugates acids are those acids which are made when an acid donates a proton to a base according to Bronsted Lowry theory.

In other words, we can say that it is an acid with hydrogen ion. An example is water (base) reacting with an acid to form the hydronium ion (conjugate acid).

Thus, the correct option is d, HC₂H₃O₂(aq).

Technetium-104 has a half life of 18.0 minutes. how much of a 165.0 g sample remains after 90.0 minutes?
11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

The mass of 165.0 g sample that remains after 90.0 minutes is 5.16 grams

calculation

lambda㏑2/18= 0.0385
