How does the wavelength of a wave change when frequency decreases? when frequency increases?

Physics

When the frequency decreases the wavelength is further apart. When it increases its closer together. Think about a flat line when the frequency is low the wavelengths are wider. When its a high frequency the squiggly lines on the moniter are taller and thinner so the wavelengths are not as wide and not that far from each other depending on how high the frequency is.

Two concentric current loops lie in the same plane. The smaller loop has a radius of 3.6 cm and a current of 12 A. The bigger lo
puteri [66]

Answer:

the radius of bigger loop = 6 cm

Explanation:

given,

two concentric current loops

smaller loop radius = 3.6 cm

]current in smaller loop = 12 A

current in the bigger loop = 20 A

magnetic field at the center of loop = 0

Radius of the bigger loop = ?

B_t = B_1 + B_2

0 = \dfrac{\mu_0I_1}{2R_1} +\dfrac{\mu_0I_2}{2R_2}

now, on solving

\dfrac{I_1}{R_1} = \dfrac{I_2}{R_2}

R_2 = I_2\dfrac{R_1}{I_1}

       = 20\times \dfrac{3.6}{12}

       = 6 cm

hence, the radius of bigger loop = 6 cm

Which of the following is not a measurement taken by a radiosonde?
MariettaO [177]

Correct answer choice is :

A) Atmospheric composition

Explanation:

A radiosonde is a battery-powered telemetry device transmitted into the environment normally by a weather balloon that regulates several atmospheric parameters and sends them by radio to a ground receiver. The radiosonde is a small, expandable device unit that is recessed below a six-foot-wide balloon inflated with hydrogen or helium. As the radiosonde stands at about 1,000 feet/minute, sensors on the radiosonde measure forms of pressure, temperature, and related moisture.
