Well Psychologists are people who are paid to talk to people about their problems or to find out if someone is a danger to themselves or even others. A psychologists investigates the mental state of an individual.

To do this, psychologists often look for patterns that will help them understand and predict behavior using scientific methods, principles, or procedures to test their ideas. Through such research studies, psychologists have learned much that can help increase understanding between individuals, groups, organizations, institutions, nations, and cultures.
You could be lying completley still on your bed, and all though it seems you are at rest, you are moving along with the earth around the sun and hence are motion. This is why 'being at rest' is more of a relative term. Hope this helps!
