Volume in liters:

870 mL / 1000 => 0.87 L

Moles ( CO₂) =  molarity x volume

Moles (CO₂) = 0.75 x 0.87

= 0.6525 moles of CO₂

hope this helps!

<span>There are a number of ways to express concentration of a solution. This includes molarity. Molarity is expressed as the number of moles of solute per volume of the solution. The amount of solute is calculated as follows:</span>

Molarity = 0.75 mol CO2/ L solution

 <span>0.75 mol CO2/ L solution ( .870 L solution ) = 0.65 mol CO2 in the solution</span>

The dehydration of the alcohol functional group is a widely used reaction in organic chemistry. The mechanism is generally accep
puteri [66]

Answer:

  1. Elimination
  2. Elimination
  3. Zaitsev
  4. Zaitsev
  5. Carbocation

Explanation:

  • The mechanism is generally accepted to always operate via an ELIMINATION step-wise process.
  • The ELIMINATION mechanism process will always produce (after dehydration) a ZAITSEV style alkene as major product
  • The driving force for the production of this ZAITSEV style alkene product is generally going to be determined by stability of the CARBOCATION

Elimination mechanism is the removal of two substituents  from a molecule in either a one- or two-step mechanism

Carbocation is a molecule containing a positive charged carbon atom and three bonds

Contrast a plant cell with an animal cell. How can you tell them apart
nlexa [21]
The main differences between a plant cell and animal cells is that plant cells have more of a rectangular shape because the cell wall is more rigid. While animal cells have more of a circular or irregular shape because they don't have a cell wall. Plant cells usually have one or more large vacuoles, while animal cells have smaller vacuoles if any are present.

0.20 L of HNO3 is titrated to equivalence using 0.12 L of 0.2 M NaOH. What is the concentration of the HNO3?
AleksandrR [38]

M_{A}V_{A}=M_{B}V_{B}\\(0.20)(M_{A})=(0.12)(0.2)\\M_{A}=\frac{(0.12)(0.2)}{(0.20)}=\boxed{0.12 \text{ M}}

What is the relationship between photosynthesis and cellular respiration in plants? YOU WILL GWT 18 POINTS!!!!!!!!
Neko [114]
Photosynthesis converts carbon dioxide and water into oxygen and glucose. Glucose is used as food by the plant and oxygen is a by-product. Cellular respiration converts oxygen and glucose into water and carbon dioxide. Water and carbon dioxide are by- products and ATP is energy that is transformed from the process.
