I belive all you have to do is add cl making 20g then u must also add2.00 because the reactant is 2HCl because the 2 is out front that makes both elements take them equaling 22.00

The mass of a 50-mL volumetric flask is 40.638
Kaylis [27]

D = 0.9570 g/mL

Mass of mixture = 88.219 g – 40.368 g = 47.851 g

D = mass/volume = 47.851 g/50.00 mL = 0.9570 g/mL

What solid depends on hydrogen bonds to hold it together?
notka56 [123]

Answer: The force of attraction present between the solids depends on the type of solid.

Explanation:

For e.g. if solid is ionic solid, then the ionic forces hold on the solid molecules. And these forces hold together and form solid. When it comes to hydrogen bonding stronger the hydrogen bonding, more together the molecules and it become solid.

Which compound is an electrolyte?
(1) C6H12O6 (3) CaCl2
(2) CH3OH (4) CCl4
slavikrds [6]
I think the correct answer is option 3. CaCl2 is the compound that is an electrolyte when dissolved in water. An electrolyte is a substance that conducts electricity in solution. Calcium Chloride when in solution dissociates into ions which allows the flow of current in the solution.

WHY is there a difference between how an electrolytes and non electrolytes affect collegiative properties?
natulia [17]
Colligative properties are dependent upon the number of molecules or ions present in solution. Therefore, 1 mole of Na2SO4 will produce 3 moles of ions and so it will have 3 times as much of an effect as 1 mole of sugar, which is not an electrolyte and can't dissociate to an appreciable extent.
