The grains, dairy products, proteins, vegetables, and fruits are the five types of food that must be involved in our diet on a daily basis.

Further Explanation:

The type of food is divided into five groups. The foods are categorized into different groups as every food in the respective group provides similar key nutrients. For example, cheese, milk, yogurt, other milk alternatives are a source of calcium while citrus fruits provide vitamin C.

In order to fulfill the nutrient requirements and keep the body healthy, one should eat food from these five groups daily. A different variety of food provides varying amounts of nutrients to the body. For example, white potatoes contain significantly less amount of vitamin A as compared to carrots.

The five groups are described below:

a. Fruits

There isa huge number of fruits available in different seasons of the year. The fruits can be categorized as citrus fruits like mandarins and oranges, tropical fruits like cherries and apricots, and some fruits like pears. The fruits are rich in minerals, phytochemicals, and vitamins. The phytochemicals and different vitamins are helpful in reducing the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases.

b. Vegetables

The dietary fibers and legumes or beans are included in vegetables and are a rich source of phytochemicals and vitamins, respectively. Vegetables can be obtained from different plant parts such as roots, flowers, stems, leaves, and shoots. For example, spinach, potato, soybeans, lentils, sprouts are some of the vegetables. Vegetables like capsicum, tomatoes, and cauliflower havea high amount of vitamin C.

c. Grains

The food made from rice, wheat, barley, rye, and corn is generally called grains. These different grains can be either ground into flour to prepare foods like pasta, bread, and noodles or can be eaten whole. The grains provide nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fibers, vitamins, and minerals.

d. Lean meat and poultry

This group contains foods like fish, eggs, poultry, and meat. Such food type is generally rich in iron, iodine, and vitamins.

e. Milk products

Milk and its products are available in the market in a wide variety each with different amounts of fat content. Cheese, milk, and yogurt has a high amount of calcium. They are also good source of other nutrients such as vitamins, iodine, and zinc.

Nucleosides are polymers that have just a base and a .
ra1l [238]

Answer:

Chemically altered nucleosides derived from canonical ribo-or deoxyribonucleoside-derivatives of adenosine, cytosine, guanosine, and uridine or thymidine are found in all types of nucleic acids, DNA and RNA. They are particularly abundant in noncoding RNAs, such as transfer RNAs and ribosomal RNA of higher organisms. By increasing the structural diversity of nucleic acids, modified nucleosides play important roles in gene expression and in regulating many aspects of RNA functions. They also contribute to nucleic acid stability and to protection of genetic materials against virus aggression. In this chapter we present a historical overview of the discovery, occurrence, and diversity of the many naturally occurring modified nucleosides that are present in both DNA and RNA of diverse organisms. We also briefly describe the different enzymes that accomplish these nucleic acid ‘decorations’. More information about the structure, function, biosynthesis and evolutionary aspects of selected modified nucleosides in DNA and RNA and their corresponding modification enzymes can be found elsewhere in this volume.

Justify why children often have the same habits and mannerisms as their parents.
sertanlavr [38]
When we are little we see the way our parents or elders act and that tells our brain that is the correct way to act. As we grow up the things they tell us we will become is what we think will happen and so we do that in fear that we will disappoint them.
