Answer:

Velocity = wavelength x frequency

Wavelength = Velocity / frequency

From the above,

Wavelength is inversely proportional to frequency since the velocity of electromagnetic wave is constant.

So as the wavelength increases, the frequency decreases and vice versa

An object of mass 0.5 kg is swung in uniform circular motion. The radius is 2 meters, and the force exerted is 4 N. Calculate th
ZanzabumX [31]

Answer:

8 m/s²

Explanation:

m = 0.5kg

r = 2m

F = 4 N

f=  \frac{ {mv}^{2} }{r}

make v the subject

v =  \sqrt{( \frac{fr}{m}) }

v = √(4×2)/0.5

v = √16

v = 4 m/s

a =   \frac{ {v}^{2} }{r}

a = 4²/2

a = 16/2

a = 8 m/s²

How would you describe (explain the differences) solids, liquids, and gases to a 4th grader? Be clear please.
musickatia [10]
A solid is an object that has definite shape, volume, and mass. This means that the shape, volume, and mass will never change.

A liquid is something that has definite volume and mass, but it does not have definite shape because a liquid is the shape of its container.

A gas <span>does not have a definite shape, mass, or <span>volume because a gas is able to spread around.</span></span>

Why Bohr's theory was inadequate?
Natalka [10]
Bohr’s theory was inadequate because it did not explain the energies absorbed and released by atoms with more than one electron. It worked well for hydrogen atoms but did not work when applied to more complex atoms.
