How to bring awareness to teen drivers entering the wrong way ramp?

Uh I'm not sure because I'm only 15. But if I went into the wrong ramp I would stop and pull over and try to turn around. It's better than driving and causing accidents. I do not want to be responsible for the death of people or injuries.

Reading the road signs, and paying attention to the road would be a good start lol
