In my opinion, the correct answer is the first one, 'the cumulative nature of modern knowledge of physics'. He is trying to say here that it is the overall knowledge of physics and of his predecessors that has helped him become the greatness that he is today.

An athlete kicks a soccer ball that starts at rest so that it leaves their foot with a speed of 10m/s from the top o f a rectang
kirza4 [7]

Answer:

a=500m/s^2

Explanation:

We need only to apply the definition of acceleration, which is:

a=\frac{v_f-v_i}{t_f-t_i}

In our case the final velocity is v_f=10m/s, the initial velocity is v_i=0m/s since it departs from rest, the final time is t_f=0.02s and the initial time we are considering is t_i=0s

So for our values we have:

a=\frac{10m/s-0m/s}{0.02s-0s}=500m/s^2

Imagine an infinite earth with a hole dripped through it. You fall in and accelerate at g~10m/s/s. How long until you reach the
Soloha48 [4]

An object with non-zero mass (even negligible mass is non-zero) will never reach the speed of light. Due to relativistic effects, each "unit" of acceleration becomes less effective at increasing your velocity (relative to some other object, of course) as your relative velocity approaches the speed of light.

And even if there was a way, If you would accelerate to the 99,99% of the speed light in just 1 second, you would experience a G-force of aprox. 30,600,000 g's which is enough to kill you in a few seconds

A bird flies 3.7 meters in 46 seconds, what is its speed?
victus00 [196]

Answer:

Speed is 0.08 m/s.

Explanation:

Given the distance that the bird flies = 3.7 meters

The time is taken by the bird to fly the 3.7 meters = 46 seconds

We have given distance and time. Now we have to find the speed at which the bird flies. So, to calculate the speed of the bird we have to divide the distance by the time.

Below is the formula to find the speed.

Speed = Distance / Time

Now insert the given value in the formula.

Speed = 3.7 / 46 = 0.08 m/s
