The combustion of 1.631 g of sucrose, C12H22O11(s) , in a bomb calorimeter with a heat capacity of 5.30 kJ/°C results in an incr

Answer:

= - 26.31 kJ

Explanation:

we know that number of moles is calculated as

Moles of C_{12}H_{22}O_{11} = \frac{mass}{molecular\ weight}

               = \frac{(1.631 g)}{(342.29 g/mol)}

                      = 0.00476 mol

Heat absorbed by calorimeter = heat\ capacity \times temperature\ rise

= 5.30 kJ/°C x (27.75 - 22.68)°C

= 26.87 kJ

Enthalpy of combustion

\Delta Hc = \frac{- 26.87}{0.00486}

= - 55290.12 kJ/mol

Negative sign shows that the heat is released

The balanced reaction

C_{12}H_{22} O_{11}(s) + 12 O_2(g) = 12 CO_2(g) + 11 H_2O(l)

ΔHc = ΔU + Δng (RT)

-55290.12 = ΔU + (12 - 12) *(RT)

\Delta U = - 55290.12 kJ/mol \times 0.00476 mol

= - 26.31 kJ

<span>Slow-moving vehicles are prohibited from traveling on expressways or on roadways with a minimum posted speed limit greater than 40mph, and should use the right lane of travel on divided highways.
As slow moving vehicles should use the right lane, fast moving vehicles should use the left lane.
Before start driving, we should learn all the guidelines and rules for this, to avoid any type of inconvenience.</span>

PLZ HELP! I WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST OR WHATEVER U PPL WANT JUST HELP!
Tpy6a [65]
Newton's first law is sometimes known as the law of inertia. It is the law that states that an object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion unless a force acts upon it. For example, if I was working with a wrench in space an it slipped, it would keep on going in one direction with a constant speed unless it hits something. Hope this helps!

Compute the work performed when 32 pounds is lifted 10 feet.
Murljashka [212]
W = force * displacement
W = 32 pounds * 10 feet
Now you need to convert it to newton and meters
W = 142 N * 3.048 m = 434 J
(I approximated the conversions- I hope it helps)

The same wave travels for 2 seconds, what is its frequency?*
sveticcg [70]

Answer:

In waves distance is measured by wave length  and time is measured by frequency or period.

velocity ratio=wave length multiply by frequency.

HENCE, if the same wave travels for 2 econds its frequency will be 2Hz.

Teddyber continue to move forward because Newton law 1. moving object continue to move until something external make it to stop. no seat belt on teddy ber so only dashboard can make her stop. same if people in car and no seatbelt.
