There are so many benefits that swimming help, for example, swimming helps keep your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, it builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular  fitness, it helps you maintain a healthy weight, and healthy heart and lungs, it also helps tones muscles and builds strength, and lastly it provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming. Swimming is a way to relax peacefully, alleviate stress, improving coordination balanced and posture, it improves flexibility. Before going to swim make sure you warm up and stretch your muscles and joints, have plenty of fluid on hand and drink regularly. Swimming has helped a lot of special need kids, it's also an exercise that doctors recommend a lot to all their patients if they got an injury or when they have to do some kind of special exercise

Swim Test:

1. Jump into the pool, submerge fully, return to the surface and immediately begin swimming without pushing off the wall.

2. Swim in a horizontal position on top of the water using a forward crawl or breaststroke. The swimmer's arms must achieve full extension on every stroke, and he or she must maintain one or both of the strokes for the full 25-yard swim. Pausing is only allowed when the swimmer is rotating or turning to breathe.

3. Exit the pool without assistance using either the wall or pool ladder.

4. do 4 laps in 3 minutes

If your weight is 120 pounds and your mass is 54 kilograms how would those values change if you were on the moon
BlackZzzverrR [31]
The gravitation acceleration on the moon is different than on Earth. It is 1.6 m/s^2. If you weigh 120 lbs, then you would multiply 120 pounds by the gravitational acceleration on the moon and then divide by the acceleration on Earth.

(120 lbs * 1.6) / 9.8 = 20 pounds.

The mass will always be the same no matter what planet you’re on, so it’s still 54 kg.

Arisa [49]
The first law states that “objects at rest and objects in motion remain in motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an unbalanced force”. Keeping the ice smooth will make sure there is not friction, friction would slow the puck down

chubhunter [2.5K]

The question is incomplete! Complete question along with answer and step by step explanation is provided below.

Question:

If you wish to observe features that around the size of atoms, say 1.5×10⁻¹⁰ m, with electromagnetic radiation, the radiation must have a wavelength about the size of the atom itself.

a) If you had a microscope which was capable of doing this, what would the frequency of electromagnetic radiation be, in hertz that you would have to use?

b) What type of electromagnetic radiation would this be?

Given Information:

Wavelength = λ = 1.5×10⁻¹⁰  m

Required Information:

a) Frequency = f = ?

b) Type of electromagnetic radiation = ?

Answer:

a) Frequency = f = 2×10¹⁸ Hz

b) Type of electromagnetic radiation = X-rays

Explanation:

a) The frequency of the electromagnetic radiation is given by

f = c/ λ

Where λ  is the wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation and c is the speed of light and its value is 3×10⁸ m/s

f = 3×10⁸/1.5×10⁻¹⁰

f = 2×10¹⁸ Hz

Therefore, the frequency of the electromagnetic radiation would be 2×10¹⁸ Hz.

b)

The frequency range of X-rays is 3×10¹⁶ Hz to 3×10¹⁹ Hz

The frequency 2×10¹⁸ lies in that range, therefore, the type of electromagnetic radiation is X-rays
