BRAINLIEST IF CORRECT

In a food chain, energy is passed through one link to another. When a herbivore eats only a certain fraction of the energy, (which comes from the food) it becomes new body mass; the rest of the energy is lost as waste or used up by the herbivore in order to carry out its life processes (ex. movement, digestion, reproduction). It doesn’t necessarily threaten the plants survival, there’s also a benefit. When a animals poops out the fruit (defecate) in another area those seeds get carried to new places with the help of a dab of fertilizer and a little bit of moisture. They also help supply nutrients when they die and decompose.

Catalytic converters made of palladium (pd) reduce automobile pollution by catalyzing the reaction between unburned hydrocarbons
Doss [256]
Unburned hydrocarbon on reacting with oxygen undergoes combustion reaction. However, the activation energy of this reaction is significantly high. When a catalyst like Pd is added to the reaction system, it provides active sites for the reaction to occur. It acts are a heterogeneous catalyst. It is pertinent of note that catalyst is refereed as heterogeneous, when it exist in different phase as compared to reactant and products. In present case, reactants and products are in gas phase, while catalyst is in solid phase. Due to availability of larger surface area at active site of Pd, activation energy of reaction decreases and decrease in activation energy favors higher reaction rates.

How many moles of Cl2 will produce 0.35 miles of NaCl when reacted with excess Na?
weeeeeb [17]
This question is based in mole ratios. for every mole of cl2, 2 moles of NaCl will be produced. so half of the moles of NaCl gives the moles of Cl2 required. therefore divide 0.35 by 2
