In kindergarten, we learn red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

But the truth is that the rainbow, or true white light, contains EVERY COLOR that the human eye can detect.

Sure, ROYGBIV is in the rainbow.  So are amber, aqua, beige, blond, canary, coral, ebony, emerald, flax, fuchsia, gold, heliotrope, ivory, jade, khaki, lemon, maroon, navy, olive, pink, rose, salmon, tan, umber, verdigris, wisteria, saffron, and millions of others ... some without names.

Answer:

I'm pretty sure its 3m/s^2 for the acceleration but I don't know the force part sorry .

Explanation:

15m/s - 0m/s divided by 5 s = 3m/s

I'm no expert or anything so I could be wrong but this is the best I can give you. Sorry

What type of acceleration does an object moving with constant speed in a circular path experience?Select one:A) constant acceler
olga_2 [115]

ANSWER:

D) centripetal acceleration.

STEP-BY-STEP EXPLANATION:

When a body performs a uniform circular motion, the direction of the velocity vector changes at every instant. This variation is experienced by the linear vector, due to a force called centripetal, directed towards the center of the circumference that gives rise to the centripetal acceleration.

Therefore, the answer is centripetal acceleration.

A box is at rest on a table. What can you say about the forces acting on the box?
Nikitich [7]
You can tell a lot about an object that's not moving,
and also a lot about the forces acting on it:

==> If the box is at rest on the table, then it is not accelerating.

==> Since it is not accelerating, I can say that the forces on it are balanced.

==> That means that the sum of all forces acting on the box is zero,
and the effect of all the forces acting on it is the same as if there were
no forces acting on it at all.

==> This in turn means that all of the horizontal forces are balanced,
AND all of the vertical forces are balanced.

Horizontal forces:
sliding friction, somebody pushing the box

All of the forces on this list must add up to zero. So ...

(sliding friction force) = (pushing force), in the opposite direction.

If nobody pushing the box, then sliding friction force = zero.

Vertical forces:
gravitational force (weight of the box, pulling it down)
normal force (table pushing the box up)

All of the forces on this list must add up to zero, so ...

(Gravitational force down) + (normal force up) = zero

(Gravitational force down) = -(normal force up) .

A pendulum is raised to a height of 0.3m above its lowest point and released. What is the velocity of the pendulum at its lowest
enyata [817]

Answer:

v = 2,425 m / s

Explanation:

A simple pendulum has anergy stored at the highest point of the path and this energy is conserved throughout the movement.

highest point

           Em₀ = U = m g y

lowest point

          Em_{f} = K = ½ m v²

         Em₀ = Em_{f}

        mg y = ½ m v²

        v = √ 2gy

let's calculate

        v = √ (2 9.8 0.3)

        v = 2,425 m / s

Gauss's law: Group of answer choices can always be used to calculate the electric field. relates the electric field throughout s
kvasek [131]

Answer:

relates the electric field at points on a closed surface to the net charge enclosed by that surface.

Explanation:

Gauss Law states that overall electric flux of a closed surface is equivalent right to charge enclosed which is divided by the permittivity. In other words Gauss Law stress that

net electric flux that pass through an hypothetical closed surface is equivalent to overall electric charge present within that closed surface.

The Gauss law can be expressed mathematically as

ϕ = (Q/ϵ0)

Q = total charge within the surface,

ε0 = the electric constant
