What happens to a current when the electric field in the wire increase

Physics

Answer:

If the voltage is increased then the electric field is higher, and electron velocity (average) is proportional to this field. Then you have an increase in speed. And current is total charge passing per time unit, so current is proportional to velocity value of charge (and to voltage in resistors and wire).

Which of the following would decrease your carbon footprint?

The third option seems correct. Using any bag more than once will help in decreasing the carbon foot print.

This isds beause, if you use paper bag once only, then paper bag is being utilised and more and more paper is being used. So the best way is to use the bag more than once, whichever bag u are using.

Which statement best summarizes the central idea of “Applications of Newton’s Laws”?
Shkiper50 [21]

Newton's three forces, normal, tension and friction, are present in a surprising number of physical situations

Newton's Laws, that describe the relationship between an obejct and the forces acting upon it, apply in almost every physical situation, from quantum mechanics to electricity.

The correct answer is:

Newton’s laws can explain the forces that occur between objects every day

Consider a golf ball with a mass of 45.9 grams traveling at 200 km/hr. If an experiment is designed to measure the position of t
Kipish [7]

Answer:

speed of golf ball is 1.15 × 10^{-30} m/s

and % of uncertainty in speed =  2.07 × 10^{-30} %

Explanation:

given data

mass = 45.9 gram = 0.0459 kg

speed = 200 km/hr = 55.5 m/s

uncertainty position Δx = 1 mm = 10^{-3} m

to find out

speed of the golf ball and  % of speed of the golf ball

solution

we will apply here heisenberg uncertainty principle that is

uncertainty position ×uncertainty momentum ≥ \frac{h}{4\pi }    ......1

Δx × ΔPx  ≥ \frac{h}{4\pi }

here uncertainty momentum ΔPx = mΔVx

and uncertainty velocity = ΔVx

and h = 6.626 × 10^{-34} Js

so put here all these value in equation 1

10^{-3} × 0.0459 × ΔVx =  \frac{6.626*10^{-34}}{4\pi }

ΔVx = 1.15 × 10^{-30} m/s

and

so % of uncertainty in speed = ΔV / m

% of uncertainty in speed =  1.15 × 10^{-30}  / 55.5

% of uncertainty in speed =  2.07 × 10^{-30} %
