Answer: 0.435 m

Explanation:

Given

mass m=20 kg

initial speed u=2 m/s

coefficient of kinetic friction \mu_k=0.3

deceleration which opposes the motion is given by

\Rightarrow a=g\sin \theta+\mu_kg\cos \theta\\\Rightarrow a=g(\sin \theta +\mu_k\cos \theta)

\Rightarrow a=9.8(\sin 10^{\circ}+0.3\times \cos 10^{\circ})\\\Rightarrow a=4.59\ m/s^2

using v^2-u^2=2as

\Rightarrow s=\dfrac{2^2}{2\times 4.59}=0.435\ m

What advantages do sports drinks or juices have over water in terms of electrolyte content? Why does this matter for strenuous e
Xelga [282]

Sports drinks do offer some benefits when comparing sports drinks vs. water. While water actually works better at fluid replacement, sports drinks are often more appealing to the palate. In other words, people who enjoy the taste of sports drinks may drink more of a sports drink than they would water; this will lead to better hydration.

Sports drinks also contain electrolytes and carbohydrates. While exercising for short periods of time, it is not necessary to replace electrolytes; however, athletes and marathon participants exercising for period of an hour or more can benefit from electrolyte replacement in particular. Carbohydrates offer the body energy. When the body burns calories, it needs carbohydrates to replace energy lost. The longer the workout, the more carbohydrates are needed.

Increasing the concentration of greenhouse gases in Earth's atmosphere decreases the transparency of the atmosphere to infrared
Artist 52 [7]

Answer:

Decrease the transparency of the atmosphere

Explanation:

Different gases have characteristic absorption bands, so-called greenhouse gases have very high bands in the infrared region and small bands in the region of visible light.

When the radiation  arrives to pass the greenhouse gases (CO²) and affects the earth's surface after several processes, the earth emits radiation in the infrared region, but this is absorbed by the gases, creating a net heating, since that the transparency of the atmosphere is  DECREASE for infrared radiation

Reviewing the correct answers is: Decrease the transparency of the atmosphere
