If u are being bullied, stand up for yourself as best as u can, every word counts even if u feel otherwise bc everyone’s voice matters. they can also go to a trusted friend or adult or even a counselor especially if ur a person who heals by speaking ab their emotion

Are you asking on what to tell them? If so I’d tell them to talk to somebody who they trust who has power to do something because I know (as a person who has been bullied before) our voices aren’t ever going to be heard so if they trust a teacher, a parent, a grandparent, (ect) tell them to tell everything that has been going on have them do something, by speaking with the teacher or principle to make sure that this kid doesn’t follow them to demand money. Or have them they aren’t going to give them any money and if something more happens than speak to someone, also speaking to the guidance counselor helps!

It is necessary to know how much energy each gram of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats provide.

1 gram of Carbohydrate = 4 kcal

1 gram of fat = 9 kcal

1 gram of protein = 4 kcal

We need to determine the energy contributed by carbohydrates and fats.

For Carbohydrates:
