For the first one point, if you look at the lines that go side to side, you need to find the line that is 20 degrees that's above the blue line. Next, if you look at the lines that go up and down, you need to find the line that is 30 degrees, but is to the right of the blue line. When you plot your point, it should somewhere along the coastline of Saudi Arabia.

For the second point, if you look at the lines that go side to side, you need to find the line that's 40 degrees that's below the blue line.
