Answer:

Explanation:

Electric forces exist among stationary electric charges; both electric and magnetic forces exist among moving electric charges. ... The magnetic force between two moving charges may be described as the effect exerted upon either charge by a magnetic field created by the other.

An ideal solenoid having a coil density of 5000 turns per meter is 10 cm long and carries a current of 4.0
Diano4ka-milaya [45]
The rule that is used to get the strength of magnetic field at the center of solenoid (B) is:
B = µ x n x I where:
µ is the permeability of the medium where the solenoid is based. In this problem, the medium is air which means that µ = µ o = 4 pi x 10^-7 Tm/A
I is the current passing (I = 4 amperes)
n is the number of turns per unit length (5000 turns)

Substituting in the mentioned equation, we find that:
B = 4 x 3.14 x 10^-7 x 5000 x 4 = 25.132 mT

Which are most likely to be used during a routine visit to the dentist?
Paraphin [41]

Answer:

The most likely items to be used are;

Ultrasound and X-rays

Explanation:

A routine visit to a dentist consists of two areas of activities, including;

a) Dental examination and check up

b) Oral prophylaxis, and dental cleaning

The dental examination may involve the use of X-rays, which allow the detection of cavities between the teeth

The dental cleaning can be carried out with the use of an ultrasound cleaner, which allow the cleaning of sensitive teeth without hurting the patient

Therefore, the items most likely to be used during a routine dental visit are ultrasound and X-rays

Air flows into a jet engine at 70 lbm/s, and fuel also enters the engine at a steady rate. The exhaust gases, having a density o
Andrews [41]

Answer:

1387908 lbm/h

Explanation:

Air flowing into jet engine = 70 lbm/s

ρ = Exhaust gas density = 0.1 lbm/ft³

r = Radius of exit with a circular cross section = 1 ft

v = Exhaust gas velocity = 1450 ft/s

Exhaust gas mass (flow rate)= Air flowing into jet engine + Fuel

Q = (70+x) lbm/s

Area of exit with a circular cross section = π×r² = π×1²= π m²

Now from energy balance

Q = ρ×A×v

⇒70+x = 0.1×π×1450

⇒70+x = 455.53

⇒ x = 455.53-70

⇒ x = 385.53 lbm/s

∴ Mass of fuel which is supplied to the engine each minute is 1387908 lbm/h

What is needed for steering control on a PWC??
posledela
In steering in control on a PWC, the most needed requirement is to have power in which will allows the one using it to control the engine for it to stop or for it to move. Without power, the person using it could be out of balance or fail to start the engine. This is the basic requirement because even though it is shut off or the engine is off, the PWC is still on and it could still move without proper knowledge of the engine.
