Answer: The force of the engines is 5700N

Explanation:

By the second Newton's law, we have that:

F = m*a

Force equals mass times acceleration.

In this case, we have:

m = 1400kg

a = 3 m/s^2

And the force will be equal to the force of the engines, f, plus the force of  the current, -1500 N (because this is pushing you back, so it is in the opposite direction than f), then we have:

F = f - 1500N

Then we have the equation:

f - 1500N = 1400kg*3m/s^2 = 4200N

f - 1500N = 4200N

f = 4200N + 1500N = 5700N

The force of the engines is 5700N

Sheena took the implicit association test (IAT) and found that she responded faster when ""strong"" words were paired with male
poizon [28]

Answer:

The finding suggests that

Sheena have an implicit belief that men are stronger than women.

Explanation:

Implicit Association Test:

In the field of social psychology, this test is used to determine the power of a person to associate between different objects in an implicit way. For example, are colored people good or bad?

  • So this test finding suggests that Sheena have an implicit belief that men are stronger than women by checking her response towards strong words.

(a) What is the current involved when a truck battery sets in motion 720 C of charge in 4.00 s while starting an engine? (b) How
OLEGan [10]

Answer:

(a) Current flowing through truck battery is 180 A

(b) Time taken in calculator is 333.33 s

Explanation:

(a) Given:

The charge on the truck battery,q = 720 C

Time, t = 4.00 s

Consider I be the current flowing through truck battery.

The relation between current, charge and time is:

I = q/t

Substitute the suitable values in the above equation.

I=\frac{720}{4}

I = 180 A

(b) Given:

The charge on the calculator,q = 7.00 C

The current flowing through calculator, I = 0.3 mA = 0.3 x 10⁻³ A

Consider t be the time.

The relation between current, charge and time is:

t = q/I

Substitute the suitable values in the above equation.

t=\frac{1}{0.3\times10^{-3} }

I = 333.33 s
