Water waves are not radiant energy.  Therefore C is the right answer.  Water waves have momentum and energy like electromagnetic waves but don't classify as radiant energy.

Before going to answer first we have to know the nature and meaning of radiant energy.

Radiant energy is the energy associated with the electromagnetic wave.  The electromagnetic wave is that transverse wave which does not require any medium for its propagation. It can travel in space too. In this type of wave, the electric field and magnetic filed are perpendicular to each other as well as perpendicular to the direction of propagation. They all move with the same velocity in space i.e' c' which is the velocity of light

There are various types of electromagnetic waves in the entire universe.

As per the question we have been given microwave,radio wave,visible light and radio wave.

Out of these four types of waves three waves named as radio wave,micro wave and visible light [the sun light and its seven colors from violet to red] are included in electromagnetic wave as they all satisfy the conditions of a wave to be electromagnetic in nature. Hence they have radiant energy.

The water wave is a transverse wave but it requires water medium for its propagation. so its not electromagnetic in nature.

Hence the option C is right as it includes only electromagnetic wave.
