a) I believe it has a volume of 25 ml. I found the value by subtracting 40 from 65.

why do liquids flow? the particles are tightly packed together the particles do not move the particles vibrate the particles are

The particles are quite tightly packed together but still have enough room to be able to move and flow, their bonds aren't as strong as a solids are
