When the cores collapse to form dense stellar objects called neutron stars, they blast off the outer layers of the star in a supernova. In higher-mass red supergiants, however, carbon doesn't burn convectively; this limits neutrino losses and leads to a more extended core with dense material around it.

While the core collapses, the outer layers of material in the star to expand outward. The star expands to larger than it has ever been – a few hundred times bigger! At this point the star is called a red giant. What happens next depends on how the mass of the star.

How is temperature related to the physical change of a substance?
WINSTONCH [101]
When you heat something of cool it down you don't change the substance you might change the why is looks, but it is still the same substance. For example you cool water to 0 degrees Celsius it turns into ice but it still is two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen H2O. Physical changes will change state and/or form but it will still be what it originally was on the molecular level. Hope that helped.

An object attached to one end of a spring makes 20 vibrations in 10 seconds. Its angular frequency is: 0. 79 rad/s 1. 57 rad/s 2
morpeh [17]

Angular frequency in radian per second for 20 vibrations in 10 seconds is 12.6 rad/s

What is Angular frequency?

Angular frequency is the number of vibrations in radian per second.

The total number of vibrations n is 20 and the time taken for these vibrations is 10 s

The frequency of the vibrations will be

f = 20 / 10 = 2 Hz

Angular frequency is related to the frequency as

ω = 2πf

ω=2π × 2

ω = 12.6 rad/s

Thus, the angular frequency is 12.6 rad/s.

While playing baseball with your friends your hands begin to sting after you ctach several fast balls.
muminat

Answer:

Explanation:

To stop a ball with high momentum in a small-time imparts a high amount of impact on hands. This is the reason for the stinging of hands.

The momentum of the ball is due to the mass and velocity. To prevent stinging in the hand one needs to lower his hands to increase the time of contact. In this way, the momentum transfer to the hands will be lesser.
