Answer:

a) Tc = 750 [N] ;b) See the explanation below.

Explanation:

To solve this problem, we first need a graphical explanation of this, as well as knowing the corresponding questions. Therefore, a search was carried out in google, in the attached image we will find a graphical description of the problem.

b)

The solution of this type of problem corresponds to the use of Newton's third law, applying static which tells us that the sum of the forces in a system in equilibrium without movement must be equal to zero.

a)

In this way we can find by means of a sum of forces on the y axis equal to zero:

- 850 - 450 + 550 + Tc = 0

Tc = 750 [N]

5. No matter what month and date your birthday is on, NASA says it has a significant picture from
padilas [110]

Answer:

The Hubble space telescope.

Explanation:

Hubble is a telescope that observers the sky 24/7 non-stop, which means that for every day of the year it would have made a significant discovery, which of course includes your birthday. Furthermore, you can actually go to NASA website and find out what discovery was made on your birthday! This shows both the vastness of the universe (it really has to be huge for a telescope to have a discovery for each day of the year!) and the ceaseless work of the telescope!

Will increasing length and cross-sectional area increase the resistance of an object?
Klio2033 [76]

Answer:

Increasing length increases resistance

increasing cross sectional area reduces the resistance

.

Explanation:

The formula for resistance of an object is

r = d \frac{l}{a}

where r is resistance, d is resistivity of the material, l is length of material and a is cross sectional area of the object. This equation shows us that resistance is directly proportional to length and inversely proportional to cross sectional area. Hence, increasing length increases resistance while increasing cross sectional area reduces the resistance.

If these 2 variables are varied to the same extent, the net effect can be zero on the resistance.
