Answer:

As the current across a load increases, the voltage increases and as the current decreases, the voltage decreases.

Explanation:

The relationship that exists between the voltage and the current of the circuit I build can be analysed using the ohm's law which states that "the current passing through metallic conductor at constant temperature is directly proportional to the potential difference across its ends. This is expressed as shown:

V = IR where:

V is the potential difference

I is the current

R is the resistance/load

The relationship shows that an increase/decrease in the value of current a cross a load will lead to increase/decrease in the potential difference (voltage) across such load.

Well I can't see the circuit, but V=IR so increasing the voltage will raise the current supplied by the battery in a directly proportional way.

Given that a pipe having a diameter of 1.5 feet and a height of 10 feet, what is the psi at 5 feet ?
grin007 [14]

Answer:

The pressure is 2.167 psi.

Explanation:

Given that,

Diameter = 1.5 feet

Height = 10 feet

We need to calculate the psi at 5 feet

Using formula of pressure at a depth in a fluid

Suppose the fluid is water.

Then, the pressure is

P=\rho g h

Where, P = pressure

\rho = density

h = height

Put the value into the formula

P=1000\times9.8\times1.524

P=14935.2\ N/m^2

Pressure in psi is

P=2.166167621\ psi

P=2.167\ psi

Hence, The pressure is 2.167 psi.

Two loudspeakers emit identical sound waves along the x-axis. The sound at a point on the axis has maximum intensity when the sp
EleoNora [17]

The concept required to solve this problem is related to the wavelength.

The wavelength can be defined as the distance between two positive crests of a wave.

The waves are in phase, then the first distance is

\Delta x_1 = 20cm

And out of the phase when

\Delta x_2 = 30cm

Thus the wavelength is

\Delta x_2-\Delta x_1 = \frac{\lambda}{2}

Here,

\lambda =  Wavelength

If we rearrange the equation to find it, we will have

\lambda = 2 (\Delta x_2-\Delta x_1 )

\lambda= 2(30-20)

\lambda = 20cm

Therefore the wavelength of the sound is 20cm.

How many watts are used when 6000 joules of energy are consumed in 5 hours?
Ray Of Light [21]
Power = energy / time
Time should be in seconds
5 hours = 5 × 60 minutes = 5 × 60 ×60 seconds = 18000 s
Power = 6000/18000 = 0.333 W

Hope it helped!
