     Considering the fluid as ideal, the pressure will spread throughout its volume. Thus,

\frac{F_1}{A_1}=  \frac{F_2}{A_2} \\ F_2= \frac{3\times 500}{0.5}  \\ \boxed {F_2=3000N}
