Answer:

The force of impact of the water bottle is F = 13,475 N

Explanation:

Given data,

The height of the antenna, h = 275 m

The mass of the 1 L water bottle, m = 1 kg

Let the bottle moves distance immediately after the impact is, d = 0.2 m

The force exerted by the bottle on the bushes at the ground is given by the formula,

                                   F = mgh / d

Substituting the values

                                   F = 1 x 9.8 x 275 / 0.2

                                      = 13,475 N

The value of the force of impact can be reduced by increasing the value of d, it is like the lowering the hand along with the motion of the ball to catch it thereby reduce the force of impact.

The force of impact of the water bottle is F = 13,475 N

A 1500 kg car traveling due east at 20<br> m/s slows to a stop in 5.0 seconds. What is the impulse?
lbvjy [14]

Answer:

Hans-Georg Gadamer (1900-2002) was an influential German philosopher of the twentieth century, inspiring a variety of scholastic disciplines from aesthetics to theology. In suggesting understanding was interpretation and vice versa, Gadamer identifies language acting as the medium for understanding. Gadamer’s philosophy of hermeneutics has major implications for education and formal schooling because Hermeneutics help to know the knowledge a student has prior to the lesson. This helps in the dialogue about a subject matter and therefore, the philosophy of Hermeneutics when applied in classroom helps the teachers pass information easily and effectively, hence, the learners capture the whole content of a topic.

Which of the following represents the greatest energy transition from a higher energy level to a lower one?
prohojiy [21]
You need to use Planck's law:
E = h·υ = (h·c)/λ

Without making all the calculations, a fraction is bigger than another when the denominator is smaller. Therefore you need to find the smallest wavelength (λ) which is 450nm.

You could also be helped by colors: in order of decreasing energy, you have blue - green - yellow - red.

In any case, the correct answer is a).
