Gravitational potential energy is given by the equation GPE = mgh

So if the masses are the same, and gravity will always be the same as long as we stay on earth, then the only thing that is changing here is the height. Since picture 3 is lower then 1 and 2 it has the least amount of GPE since its height is lower. Since picture 1 and 2 are at the same height they must have the same GPE as everything in the equation would be the same.

Hopefully this makes sense and helps!

A bicycle has a momentum of 50.00 kg·m/s and a velocity of 5.0 m/s. What is the bicycle’s mass?
-BARSIC- [3]

Answer:

10 kilograms

Explanation:

The formula for mass

mass (kg)= momentum ( p) divided by velocity (v)

therefore this translates to 50 divided by 5

which gives the final answer as 10kgs

A proton moves at constant velocity in the direction, through a region in which there is an electric field and a magnetic field.
dimaraw [331]

Answer:

F_{net}=0

Explanation:

It is given that, a proton moves at constant velocity, through a region in which there is an electric field and a magnetic field such that,

The electric field is, E = 800 V/m

Magnetic field, B = 0.25 T

We know that the net force in the region of magnetic and electric field is given by Lorentz forces. But here, the proton moves with constant velocity. So, the net force acting on it is 0.

i.e.

F_{net}=0

Hence, this is the required solution.
