The force between two atoms is the result of _____________________ repulsion, nucleus-nucleus ________________, and nucleus-elec
Elanso [62]

Answer:

(1). electron electron repulsion

(2). repulsion

(3). attraction

(4). maximum attraction

(5). attractive

(6). repulsive

(7). maximum attraction

(8). molecule

Explanation:

The same charges repel each other while opposite charges attract each other. During electron-electron interaction repulsion take palace because the electron has negative charges. Nucleus has positive charges so the interaction between two nucleus results in the form of repulsion. When interaction takes place between nucleus and electron then attraction takes place between nucleus and electrons due to opposite charges.

          The formation of a bond that takes place due to the sharing of the electrons is known as a covalent bond and thus the covalent molecule is formed.

What is the molarity of a solution containing 8.0 moles of solute in 120mL of solution?
Nataliya [291]
Answer:
200/3 M which is approximately equal to 66.6667 M

Explanation:
Molarity is defined as the number of moles of solute per liter of solution.

It can be calculated as follows:
molarity =  \frac{number of moles of solute}{liters of solution}

We are given that:
number of moles of solute = 8 moles
volume of solution = 120 ml = 0.12 liters

Substitute with the givens in the above equation to get the molarity as follows:
molarity = \frac{8}{0.12} =  \frac{200}{3} = 66.6667 M

Hope this helps :)

If acid gets on your skin or clothes, wash at once with?
ICE Princess25 [194]
water t because washing with sulfuric acid wouldn't actually get any of the acid off of you, same with oil, just soothe it momentarily and stop burning of the skin by creating a barrier to the acid. If you wash with soap it will burn even more by activating some enzymes in the acid (depending on kind of acid) so washing with water is most practical because it gets all of the acid off immediately to stop more burns from occurring. I would recommend washing with water and then pouring oil onto the burn, to create a barrier.
