5 0

Answer:

3 outcomes

Explanation:

Since the sum must be less than 7, then one of them cannot be 7 because 7 + something > 7. Also the minimum number is 2 so one of them cannot be 5 either because 5 + 2 = 7 is not less than 7.

So the only options we have here is 2 and 4. The outcome of this is

(2,2) so 2 + 2 = 4 < 7

(2,4) so 2 + 4 = 6 < 7

(4,2) so 4 + 2 = 6 < 7

Note that (4,4) is not possible because 4 + 4 = 8 > 7

So 3 outcomes have a sum less than 7 and contain at least one even number

KATRIN_1 [288]

Answer:

15.6m/s

Completed Question;

For a short period of time, the frictional driving force acting on the wheels of the 2.5-Mg van is N= 600t^2 , where t is in seconds. If the van has a speed of 20 km/h when t = 0, determine its speed when t = 5

Explanation:

Mass m = 2500kg

Speed v1 = 20km/h = 20/3.6 m/s = 5.556 m/s

To determine speed v2;

Using the principle of momentum and impulse;

mv1 + ∫₀⁵ F dt = mv2

Could an experiment similar to young's two-slit experiment be performed with sound? how might this be carried out? does it matte
Arada [10]
Young's double slit experiment(YDSE) can be used for any kind of waves such as electromagnetic waves, sound waves, water waves, gravity waves. YDSE is based on interference. In this experiment, we make two waves interfere in order to obtain bright and dark fringes on the screen(in case of light).
You can carry this out with water, would be great if you try this at pond or water reservoir in order to see perfect ripples.
