Using Boyle's law which states that the volume of a given mass of gas is inversely proportional to the pressure and Charles law states the volume of a given mass of gas is directly proportional to the temperature.
P1/T1 = P2/T2
P1 = 3.1 atm, T1 = 100'C = 100+273 = 373K
T2 = 155'C = 155 + 273 = 428K
3.1/ 373 = P2 / 428
Cross multiply
373 × P2 = 3.1 × 428
373×P2 = 1326.8
Divide both sides by 373
P2 = 1326.8 ÷ 373
P2 = 3.56 atm

It may be C or D I'm not sure, but I think it is C you can go with whatever you think is best but I'm most likely sure that it is C. Sorry if this helpful or I got it wrong but it is. I hope this helped tho!
