KHP (aq) + NaOH(aq) ---> KPNa (aq) + H2O(l)

Moles of KHP = 0.600 g KHP * \frac{1 mol KHP}{204.23 g KHP} =0.002938 mol KHP

Moles of NaOH = 0.002938 mol KHP * \frac{1 mol NaOH}{1 mol KHP} = 0.002938 mol NaOH

Molarity of NaOH = 0.002900 mol NaOH * \frac{1}{35.00 mL} *\frac{1000mL}{1 L}  = 0.08394 M NaOH
