This is known to be named supernova it a time in a stars life where it has reached it's final stage. It concludes that when stars explode supernova occurs or an tear in space is created know as a "blackhole". The star can only explode once it has survived over along period of time.

Calculate the speed for a car that went a distance of 125 kilometers in 2 hours time.
laila [671]

The speed of the car was exactly 125 km per 2 hours.

In a more familiar unit,  125km/2hr = 62.5 km/hr.

A gamma ray photon has an energy of 0.91 GeV. (1 GeV = 109 eV.) What is the wavelength of the gamma ray in fm? (1 fm = 10-15 m)?
anastassius [24]

Answer:

\lambda=1.37 fm

Explanation:

The Planck Eistein relation, states that the energy of a photon is proportional to its frequency:

E=h\nu(1)

h is the Plank constant.The frequency of a photon is defined as the speed of light over its wavelength:

\nu=\frac{c}{\lambda}(2)

Replacing (2) in (1):

E=\frac{hc}{\lambda}\\\lambda=\frac{hc}{E}\\\lambda=\frac{(4.14*10^{-15}eV\cdot s)(3*10^8\frac{m}{s})}{0.91*10^{9}eV}\\\\\lambda=(1.37*10^{-15}m)*\frac{1fm}{10^{-15}m}\\\\\lambda=1.37 fm

Can somebody help me with this i cannot learn it online, a walk through would be nice :)
Goryan [66]

Answer:

1. 5 V

2. A₂ = 1.2 A

Explanation:

1. Determination of the voltage measured at R₃.

Voltage at R₁ (V₁) = 1 V

Voltage at R₂ (V₂) = 6 V

Total voltage (Vₜ) = 12 V

Voltage at R₃ (V₃) =.?

Vₜ = V₁ + V₂ + V₃

12 = 1 + 6 + V₃

12 = 7 + V₃

Collect like terms

12 – 7 = V₃

V₃ = 5 V

Thus, the voltage measured at R₃ is 5 V

2. Determination of A₂.

From the circuit diagram, we can see that the resistors are in series arrangement. This means that the same current will pass through each resistor.

Thus,

A₂ = A₁ = 1.2 A
