<em>We know<u> One mole of Argon occupy the volume of 22.4 L
</u>
</em>
<em>Therefore , 22.4 L of Argon weighs 40 g.</em>
<em>∴ 1 L of Argon weighs ,  40/22.4 </em>
<em>∴ 100 L of Argon weighs (40/22.4 ) × 100</em>
<em>= 178.57 g.</em>

<em>Hence <u>moles of Argon is 178.57 g.

</u>Hope it Helps :-)

One mole of Argon occupy the volume of 22.4 L
Therefore , 22.4 L of Argon weighs 40 g.∴ 1 L of Argon weighs ,  40/22.4 ∴ 100 L of Argon weighs (40/22.4 ) × 100= 178.57 g.

Hence moles of Argon is 178.57 g.

Which of the following processes would you predict to have an increase in entropy?
Anna [14]
C. Melting ice.
It is C because melting ice is a change of state from solid to liquid which requires an addition of energy(or entropy) into the system.
Condensation of water occurs from a gas to a liquid state, which takes energy out of the system(water) and gives it to the surroundings(air around it). Freezing water is the same as condensation except for the state change. Deposition is simply gas to a solid instantaneously so you can again see it as with the other two examples.

What is the molar mass of (NH), CO?<br> 138g<br> 788<br> 968<br> 1448
aleksandr82 [10.1K]

Answer:

The molar mass of (NH_{4})_{2}CO_{3} is 96.8 g/mol

Explanation:

The given molecular formula - (NH_{4})_{2}CO_{3}

Individual molar masses of each element in the compound is as follows.

Molar mass of nitrogen - 14.01 g/mol

Molar mass of of hydrogen = 1.008g/mol

Molar mass of carbon = 12.01 g/mol

Molar mass of oxygen =16.00 g/mol

Molar mass of (NH_{4})_{2}CO_{3} is

2\times[1(14.01)+4(1.008)]+1(12.01)+3(16.00)= 96.8g/mol

Therefore,The molar mass of (NH_{4})_{2}CO_{3} is 96.8 g/mol
