the force is given by the equation

q*v*B [email protected]

thus it will be

(1.6*10^-19)*(7.8*10^4)*(3)*1/√2 which gives 2.6*10^-14 N

Formula

F = q*v*B Sin (theta)

Givens

q = 1.6*10^-19 coulombs

v = 7.8*10^4 m/s

B = 3 Tesla

phi = 45 degrees.

Solution

F = q*v*B * sin(45)

F = 1.6*10^-19 * 7.8*10^4 * 3 * Sin(45)

F = 2.6 * 10 ^-14

What determines how soon one action potential can follow another?
belka [17]
It is through biopsychological feedback.

A class of chemical called a neurotransmitter is important in the transmission of nerve impulses. Neurotransmitters are packaged by the cell into small, membrane-bound sacs called vesicles. Upon receiving a chemical signal, the vesicles move toward the cell membrane and fuse with it, releasing the enclosed neurotransmitters from the terminal end of the nerve cell.

How does sound intensity differ from loudness?
Artyom0805 [142]

Answer:

Sound intensity is the amount of energy carried by sound versus loudness is a subjective measurement of the audible sound.

Sound intensity is measured in watt per square meter where loudness is measured in sones (sone is a subjective measurement and not an SI unit)

A single conservative force Fx = (6.0x  12) N (x is in m) acts on a particle moving along the x axis. The potential energy asso
jasenka [17]

Answer:

U(3)=-43J

Explanation:

Potential energy is minus the integral of Fdx.  Doing the integration yields:

U=\int\limits {6.0x+12}\, dx

U=-3x^2-12x+C

U(0)=20J

so

U(0)=-3(0)^2+12(0)+C=20

C=20

Now for x=3.0m

U(3)=-3*(3)^2-12(3)+20

U(3)=-43J
