Bungee jumping although this is extremely dangerous u are attached to rope and u jump off a bridge (I don’t really consider it a sport)
Sky diving when u go for fun u usually have an assistant to help u and u just jump off a plane

Also hiking does require u to be physical while some ppl might have sticks to help u have to climb steep hills usually with heavy equipment on ur back
