Answer:

The answer is 2.3

Explanation:

The model for the population of bacteria is growing by

P= 100 x e^.60t

where P is the number of colonies and t is measured in hours.

Now, we need to find after how many hours will 400 colonies be present

So, Putting value of P = 400 in the above model and obtain the value of t

-> 400 = 100 x e ^.60t

-> 4 = e^.60 t

Take the natural log of ln on both sides

--> ln 4 = ln e ^.60 t

--> ln 4 = .60t

t= ln 4 / .60

T= 2.3

What two-step process separated the cans into aluminum, steel, and tin?
Liono4ka [1.6K]

Answer:

Magnetivity and melting point.

Explanation:

Aluminum, steel and tin cans can be separated by two step process of magnetisation and melting point, because the three cans have different magnetic properties.

Steel attract to magnet easily because of it's has magnetic properties and these separate steel from aluminum.

Neither steel and aluminum melted at 300°C but Tin melt at that temperature.

How many ATOMS of boron are present in 3.61 grams of boron trifluoride ?
Delvig [45]

Hi there!

\large\boxed{3.203 *  10^{22} atoms}

We can use the following conversions to solve:

Total mass --> amount of mols --> amount of atoms (Avogadro's number)

Begin by calculating the amount of boron trifluoride in 3.61 grams:

3.61 g * (1 mol BF₃ / 67.8 g) ≈ 0.0532 mol BF₃

Use avogadro's number to convert:

0.0532 mol * 6.02× 10²³atoms / 1 mol = 3.203 × 10²² atoms

Calculate the value deltaG°
atroni [7]

Answer:

ΔG=ΔG0+RTlnQ where Q is the ratio of concentrations (or activities) of the products divided by the reactants. Under standard conditions Q=1 and ΔG=ΔG0 . Under equilibrium conditions, Q=K and ΔG=0 so ΔG0=−RTlnK . Then calculate the ΔH and ΔS for the reaction and the rest of the procedure is unchanged.
