Actually this is wrong because not all plants need sunlight to grow best in different locations because  take a cactus for example it can grow directly in your home and it doesn't need a lot of water or sunlight

Does a precipitate form when a solution of sodium acetate and a solution of ammonium sulfate are mixed together?
e-lub [12.9K]
<h3><u>Answer</u>;</h3>

No, a precipitate does not form

<h3><u>Explanation</u>;</h3>
  • Precipitation involves mixing or combining solutions that contain soluble ionic compounds to form an insoluble ionic compound by a reaction.
  • Sodium acetate and ammonium sulfate are both soluble ionic compounds, which implies that they exist as ions in aqueous solution.
  • <em><u>When they combine they form NH4CH3COOH and sodium sulfate, Na2SO4, which are both soluble salts, as all salts of ammonium and sodium are soluble.</u></em>
  • <em><u>Both ammonium acetate and sodium sulfate are soluble because there are no anions that can form an insoluble solid with NH4+ and Na+ cations. </u></em>

A student has a 1g sample of each of the following compounds: NaCl, KBr, and KCL Which of the following lists the samples in ord
krek1111 [17]

Given :

A student has a 1 g sample of each of the following compounds: NaCl, KBr, and KCl.

To Find :

The samples in order of increasing number of moles in the sample.

Solution :

Molecular mass of NaCl, KBr, and KCl is 58.5 g/mol , 119 g/mol and

74.5 g/mol respectively .

Moles of NaCl , n_1=\dfrac{1}{58.5}=0.017\ mol.

Moles of KBr , n_2=\dfrac{1}{119}=0.008\ mol.

Moles of KCl , n_2=\dfrac{1}{74.5}=0.013\ mol.

The order of moles in increasing order is :

KBr , KCl and NaCl .

Hence , this is the required solution .
