Answer:

250 mL

Explanation:

Density equation:

Density = \frac{mass}{volume}

Variables:

D = density

m = mass

V = volume

Solve:

M = 125 g

D = 0.500 g/mL

V = ?

0.500 g/mL = \frac{125 g}{V}

V = 250 mL

Pepsi [2]
It is not an example of kinetic to potential because the dog is already in motion rather then having the potential to do something. Hope this helps!

You are driving at 35 m/s east and notice another car that is initially located 462 m in front of you and is moving east at 25 m
GaryK [48]

The easiest way to answer this question is by realizing there are relating the velocities of the two cars. To tackle this problem, you have to understand the picture.  Car 1 travels at 35m/s and Car 2 travels at 25m/s.  Based on relative velocities, we can understand that Car 1 travels 10m/s faster than Car 2 every second.  So we can interpret Car 1's relative velocity to Car 2 as 10m/s.  Car 1 needs to travel 10m/s till a point of catching up to Car 2 which is 462m away.

v = 10m/s

d = 462m

v = d/t

(10) = (462)/t

t = 46.2s

So it takes 46.2 seconds for Car 1 to catch up to Car 2, but the question is asking how far does Car 1 travel to catch up.  So we have to use Car 1's velocity and not the relative velocity:

v = 35m/s

v = d/t

(35) = d/(46.2)

d = 1617m

Car 1 traveled a total distance of 1617m.

1. Calcular la masa de mercurio que pasó de 30 °C hasta 120 °C y absorbió 4400 cal. Calor específico del
timofeeve [1]

Answer:

Masa, m = 0.088 kg

Explanation:

Given the following data;

Temperatura inicial = 30°C

Temperatura final = 120°C

Capacidad calorífica específica = 138J/kg.K

Calor absorbido, Q = 4400 cal.

Para encontrar la masa;

La capacidad calorífica viene dada por la fórmula;

Q = mct

Dónde;

Q representa la capacidad calorífica o la cantidad de calor.

m representa la masa de un objeto.

c representa la capacidad calorífica específica del agua.

dt representa el cambio de temperatura.

dt = T2 - T1

dt = 120 - 30

dt = 90°C to kelvin = 273 + 90 = 363K

Sustituyendo en la fórmula, tenemos;

4400 = m*138*363

4400 = 50094m

m = \frac {4400}{50094}

Masa, m = 0.088 kg

What is the electromagnetic spectrum?
Pavel [41]
What is the electromagnetic spectrum?
The electromagnetic spectrum is the range of frequencies (the spectrum) of electromagnetic radiation and their respective wavelengths and photon energies. The electromagnetic spectrum covers electromagnetic waves with frequencies ranging from below one hertz to above 10²⁵ hertz, corresponding to wavelengths from thousands of kilometers down to a fraction of the size of an atomic nucleus.

How the light affect the color we see?
All of the colors we see are a byproduct of spectrum light, as it is reflected off or absorbed into an object. An object that reflects back all of the rays of light will appear white; an object that absorbs all of the rays, black. All of the millions of other colors are produced by a combination of light rays being absorbed and reflected.
