                                    H = mcpdT
where m is mass, cp is specific heat, and dT is the temperature difference. Substituting the known values,
                                    H = (30.0 g)(0.90 J/gC)(75 - 25)
                                          H = 1350 J
Thus, there is a need for 1350 J of heat for the process.
