Answer:

<em>A system that is programmed for a particular job function is called an embedded system. A a washing machine system is programmed to wash only clothes, and when it sets to a timer, once its done washing its will end the job.</em>

Explanation:

<em>A system  that is pre-programmed for a particular function or job is is called an embedded system. </em>

<em> Let us  take washing machine system an example, it is an embedded system programmed for washing only, this is so, because washing machine is only used for washing the clothes and  not meant for other things or particular application.</em>

<em>when the machine is pre-programmed, if  you set a timer for 10 minutes in the washing machine to wash the clothes , after about 10 minutes has elapsed, the machine will stop washing automatically as a  result of the micro-controller inside the machine.</em>

<em>Therefore we say the washing machine is programmed for washing of clothes.</em>

The word electromagnetism in physics is used to describe one of the fundamental forces of nature this force is between somatic p
Vikentia [17]

Answer:

The electromagnetic force

Explanation:

The electromagnetic force is one of the four fundamental forces of nature. Namely, they are:

- Electromagnetic force: it is the force exerted between electrically charged particles (and between magnetic fields). The force can be either attractive (if the two charges have opposite signs) or repulsive (if the two charges have same sign), and it acts over an infinite range.

- Gravitational force: it is the force exerted between objects with mass. It is always attractive, and it also has an infinite range of action. It is the weakest of the four fundamental forces.

- Strong nuclear force: it is the force that acts between protons and neutrons inside the nucleus, and it is responsible for keeping the nucleus together and preventing it from breaking apart (due to the electrostatic repulsion between protons)

- Weak nuclear force: it is the force responsible for certains nuclear decays, such as the beta decay, in which a neutron turns into a proton, emitting an electron and an antineutrino.

A metabolic waste of algae that can be recycled for use in cellular respiration is
m_a_m_a [10]

Answer:oxygen

Explanation:algae are plants that lives in aquatic habitat,with a few of them occurring in land. Algae have chlorophyll and as a result are autotrophic in nutrition. Algae uses carbon dioxide as a raw material for photosynthesis which is the process where they produce food. They also give off oxygen which results from the splitting of water by light.

This oxygen given off is used by organisms for cellular respiration.the mitochondria is the organelle responsible it's utilization in respiration and carbon dioxide is given off.oxygen serves as an electron acceptor in the energy producing process in the mitochondria. It is an important gas for aerobic respiration.

You send a beam of light from a material with index of refraction 1.21 into an unknown material. In order to help identify this
White raven [17]

Answer:

refractive index of the unknown material is 1.33.

Explanation:

μ₁ = 1.21

incidence angle (i) = 41.9°

refraction angle (r) = 37.3°

Let us assume μ be the refractive index of the unknown material

according to snell's law of refraction.

μ₁ sin i = μ₂ sin r

1.21 × sin 41.9° =  μ × sin 37.3°

μ = 1.33

hence the refractive index of the unknown material comes out top be 1.33
