Answer:

B. 66.4 V

Explanation:

for a Y-Y connection (star connection), the relationship between the line voltages and the phase voltages is governed by the formula:

V_{L} = \sqrt{3} (V_{ph})

Where V_{L} = Line Voltage = 115 V <em>(AC there just shows that the current is alternating current )</em>

and V_{ph} = Phase Voltage

⇒  V_{ph} =  V_{L} / \sqrt{3}

V_{ph} = 115 / \sqrt{3}

V_{ph} = 66.4 V

Hence the secondary Line to neutral voltage is 66.4 Volts

Using the relation for The gravitational potential energy

E= Mgh

Where,

E= Potential energy

h = Vertical Height

M = mass

g = Gravitational Field Strength

To find the vertical component of angle of launch Where the angle is 22°

h= sin theta

So E = mghsintheta

With regard to pneumatic mechanical devices which afford protection against the formation of ice, which of the following stateme
Andreyy89

Answer:

the answer is The pneumatic mechanical device can only be used as a de-icing device.

Explanation:

An ice protection system prevents the formation of ice, or enables the aircraft to shed the ice before it can grow to a dangerous thickness. Ice protection systems are designed to keep atmospheric ice from accumulating on aircraft surfaces such as wings, propellers and engine intakes.

The pneumatic mechanical device is the Pneumatic deicing boots which was invented by the Goodrich Corporation in 1923. The pneumatic boot is usually made of layers of rubber, with one or more air chambers between the layers.

Any design which utilizes either a mechanical means of breaking the bond of ice to the surface, or which operates on a periodic cycle, is necessarily a de-ice system.

Why it is advise to clean the ends of connecting wires before connecting them?
Svetradugi [14.3K]
If dirt and grease were good conductors of electrical current, then we could make wire
out of dirt and grease instead of expensive copper.  Sadly, they're not. So a coating of
dirt and grease on the wire can have a substantial impact on the connection, and can
even block the flow of current across the connection completely.  Moreover, in the case
where the ends of the wires are to be soldered, solder does not adhere to dirty wire.
