Answer:

1. An increase in the core temperature

2. A decrease in the core radius.

Explanation:

The sun is a Main Sequence star. A Main Sequence star is powered by fusing hydrogen into Helium within its core.

For this fusion to take place, a temperature of at least 10 million Kelvin is required, beyond this point, the fusion rate is directly related to the core temperature. If the temperature increases, the fusion rate will greatly increase.

Something similar happens if the core reduces its radius. This can happen at the end of the star's lifetime, shortly before it becomes a red giant. Once the hydrogen is depleted, the core will start to shrink because the force of gravity, and as it gets smaller, gets more compressed, and its temperature increases. The outer layers of remaining Hydrogen that were outside the core now begin to heat up, and as the core continues to shrink, the star gets hot enough to begin the fusion process again, and the fusion rate can even be higher than it was during the first phase of the star, as the star becomes a Red Giant.

The unit of electrical current is the ampere (A).
IrinaVladis [17]

Answer:

option B

Explanation:

Current unit is ampere (A)

Ampere will be equivalent to = ?

we know,

Current can be define as the charge per unit time

I = \dfrac{Q}{t}

unit of charge(Q) is coulomb which is equal to C.

unit of time(t) is equal to 's'.

now,

I = \dfrac{C}{s}

unit of I = C/s

ampere(A) is equivalent to C/s

The correct answer is option B

A particle of mass m = 4.5 kg has velocity of v = 7 i m/s, when it is at the origin (0,0). Determine the z-component of the angu
Dima020 [189]

Answer:

Explanation:

Momentum P = Mass x Velocity

M = 4.5kg

V = 7m/s

4.5kg x 7m/s

= 31.5xkgm/s

L=IW( Angular momentum) at stationary origin (0,0)

I = 1/2 x Mr^2

L = 1/2 x 4.5x 31.5

L = 70.8kgm/s

At stationary point, (0,0) No coordinate exist

Light traveling through air encounter a second medium which slows the light to 2.7 x 10^8. What is the index of the medium?
kozerog [31]

Answer:

1.11

Explanation:

The index of the medium can be calculated using below formula

V= c/ n ............eqn(1)

Where V= velocity of the light is reduced to while traveling through the second medium= 2.7 x 10^8 m/s

n= index of the medium

c= speed of light= 3 x 10^8 m/s

Substitute for the values in eqn(1)

2.7 x 10^8 = (3 x 10^8 m/s)/ n

Making " n" subject of the formula, we have

n= (3 x 10^8 )/(2.7 x 10^8)

n= 1.11

Hence, the index of the medium is 1.11
